Welcome to GoRich, a product of Arx Future Company. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoRich web application ("the App"), provided by Arx Future. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
2.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Arx Future Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you when you use the App.
3.2. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.1. The App uses encryption algorithms to secure user passwords in the database for better security.
4.2. While we take reasonable measures to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5.1. All content, features, and functionality available through the App are owned by Arx Future Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
5.2. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the App.
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Arx Future Company, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Arx Future Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
